The highly regarded Confederation of Construction Specialists have awarded Emico as the Main Contractor of the Year for 2011.

This award was made commending Emico for our excellent practice and considerate collaboration on our projects. Managing Director John Barry said that we are particularly pleased to be honoured with this award as it reflects the way that we try to operate on all projects.

Emico with its experience in this market and track record on previous Mowlem projects were an obvious choice to assist in this venture.

"Emico supplied staff and skilled labour: staff for filling roles from Project Manager through CAD Designers to Site Supervisors. This approach... [allowed] Emico to manage approximately one third of the project and deliver around one sixth of the site deliverables. They preformed this in a professional manner... even delivering additional emergency works over the Christmas period... enabling the next phase of the contract to progress.
